The first phase comprises 4 individual apartment buildings of two and three stories, communal gardens and swimming pool; block 1 with just eight apartments, block 2 with fifteen, and blocks 3 and 4 both with ten apartments. All apartments face south with views to the beach and each block has its own private underground parking, a space for each apartment owner.

The second phase of Penoncillo Playa comprises a number of individual detached villas, all with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace, private garage and own swimming pool.

Completion of block 2 is expected for spring/summer 2007, block 3 for late summer 2007, block 1 for early 2008 and block 4 for late 2008. In the case of the detached villas, they are constructed individually for each purchaser and will normally take around 18 months to complete.

Prices - PHASE 2 - Detached Villas:

Payment Plan (for all properties):

• A) Initial holding deposit of 6.000 euros contracts the property of your choice at today’s price.
• B) 25% of the purchase price upon commencing construction (less holding deposit).
• C) 25% of the purchase price upon completion of the structure.
• D) 25% of the purchase price upon completion of apartment walls.
• E) 25% of the purchase price upon completion of the building and handing over of the property. Completion: 18 months maximum from start of construction.

A fifty percent mortgage is available for all purchasers, whether resident or otherwise, upon payments “D” and “E”.
